Background | Videos | Issues Matrix

This multimedia case study was designed to serve as a tool for the processional development of teaching assistants in the Department of Mathematics at Syracuse University.

The video clips included in this multimedia case show an interview with two experienced TAs and classroom footage. You will have an opportunity to explore a variety of teaching styles through viewing segments of classroom lessons taught by six different TAs. In addition to the video clips, this multimedia case study includes links to helpful text documents and an issues matrix designed to help you explore particular issues related to teaching.
